DBS Certificates
A DBS check is a record of a person’s criminal convictions and cautions – carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We ask our artistes to hold a valid DBS certificate no older than 18 months as per the PACT guidelines. Whilst it is not mandatory for our artistes to hold a valid DBS certificate, it will vastly increase the chances of an artiste being booked.
We cannot apply for DBS certificates on behalf of our artistes.
We can accept any one of the following:
DBS Online Manage Consent share code You will need a DBS online account
Paper DBS certificate Scan of a basic, standard or enhanced paper certificate
DBS Update Service subscription You will need a current subscription to the update service and you will need to give us your certificate number and permission to verify it online. We will repeat that verification periodically as needed, without you having to do anything, so long as you keep up with your annual DBS subscription.
